About
you oughta hear the mirror in my house
you oughta fear her pretty, pretty mouth
says i’m imperfect in every way:
“miss almost, miss maybe, miss halfway ”
all my friends in l.a. got jobs on melrose place
i play replacements songs and sigh– a waitress in the sky
you oughta hear the things i’ve been thinking
you oughta swim in a heart that is sinking
you try to break me with all the things you say:
“miss almost, miss maybe, miss halfway”
…but i’m gonna burn, i’m gonna shine and multiply
i’m gonna fill up the great divide
you’ll never break me with all the things you say
“miss almost, miss maybe, miss halfway”

Well holy crap! I think I just sharted!
Tara. So fantastic that you have started a blog. I know what you mean by writing off the top of your head. The journal from my youth must sound like I was totally flakey and illiterate. Writing of the top of your head is truly how it’s done. Journalist just send it to the editors after.
Yes it’s true English grammer counts but I don’t think it really matters here. At school yes. Newspaper and News channels yes. But here it’s where little guys like me can express themselves without worrying about grammer and all:)
Here is my outlook on it Tara,
Distance yourself from your emotions. Be the “storyteller” and let the characters you talk about take the credit or debt.
But your just a little blogger aren’t cha?!!
Keep up the good work Tara!
It’s a great way to get to know you better.
See you soon;p
